DIORAMA BOOKS

Diorama Books is a series made as maquettes for eventual larger works.  They are meant to represent books or dioramic scenarios as opaque entities, solid as rocks, and claiming their place in the world as entertainers, educators, and engrossing delights.

Made of wood, metal and bookbinding papers, the façade images are attached prints on aluminum of images of the Museum of Natural History  in New York, containing the Elmo warrior, from “The Battle of the Pyramids.”
